This letter is sent to inform you that Tri-County Youth Programs, Inc. has changed its
corporate name to New England Center for Change, Inc. The Articles of Amendment
requesting the change in corporate name were approved by the Secretary of the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts in November, and the change of name is effective on December 21, 2003.
Please note that this change only pertains to the name of the corporation, and in no way reflects
any change in organizational mission, structure,policy, contracting, administration, services or
any other aspect of the organization.
Accordingly, we ask that all of your future communications and records related to our
organization reflect the above change.
