Dear Tony,
Brian Duggan was out at the Cutlery today for the inspection and I understand
that everything was fine, except that Doug Ferrante had removed the card so Brian
could not sign It. Doug will get the card to him on Friday. I talked to the chief before he
went out there and he agreed that under all the circumstances, Including that he was
satisfied we were proceeding in good faith on the remaining issues, he would have no
problem with issuance of a final CO rather than a temporary.

Dear Tony,
I assume that you should be kept in the loop on the Cutlery issue. Here Is the
letter that went to Chief Duggan this morning. We need a oertlficate of occupancy to
issue as soon as possible. Please give me a call when that has been done.
I still feel uncomfortable about that misunderstanding on the work at the other
building that I told you I knew nothing about. In addition to the confusion about which
floor it was on, I realized afterwards that I also was confused because I thought you
were referring to work that had just recently been done or was In the process of being
done currently. The opening In the wall that I eventually realized you were referring to
was done a number of years ago and I had forgotten about It.

Dear Chief Duggan,
The alarms at the Cutlery are now operational. Conrad, at M.J. Moran, can
either verify that fact and put It in writing for your records or can most you there to have
you observe It. He Is waiting to hear from you.
Attached are the contracts that I have signed with I.R.S. to do the work related to
the ansul system, the outside strobe, the signage at the alarm panel, and the horns,
strobes and pull stations In the catering space.
At this point, It Is my understanding that we have satisfied all requirements for
issuance of the certificate of occupancy for the recently renovated space. I am hopeful
that It can be issued today. If there are any remaining issues, please give me a call.
