1)The 10' fence can extend behind the garage of the abutting parcel at 1 Main St.
2). The fence may extend toward Main Street to the front edge of the first parking space, 10' from the
front lot line.
FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board granted a Special Permit for a 10' tall fence, 2' taller than allowed by-right based upon the information submitted with
the plans and the public hearing.
The Board detrmined that the fence would provide a substitute screen to the building that will be demolished providing a similar screen
for the residential use abutting this commercial parcel.
