Dear Ms. Cosenzi,
I completed my final inspection of your new Hyundai dealership at 347 King Street this morning. The building meets all the requirements of the Massachusetts State Building Code. I have
issued a certificate of occupancy for that building. Congratulations on your new dealership.
There are some conditions from the original site plan approval that we will need to check in the spring. We will not be able to check the landscaping until the plants have leafed out,
and we will not be able to check the exterior lighting levels until both buildings are complete. We also need to wait until the snow is gone to get accurate light readings. We will
also review the traffic flow to see if the King Street driveway use is right in, right out.
I would like to say that this project has gone very well, even in light of the problems you encountered. I particularly want to compliment your general contractors. They are conscientious,
skilled and very professional, and they made our department’s job very easy.
