I’ve reviewed the updated plans for renovations to the restaurant at 223 Pleasant St. The plans
are approved, the 7’ ceiling height is specifically allowed by chapter 7 of the existing building code and
the intumescent paint/act providing ignition and thermal barrier for foam insulation is accepted as a
code compliance alternative.
