I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Storefront installation at retail area is almost complete
· Rain screen fiber cement panel installation is ongoing
· Vanity tops have been installed in west wing units and kitchen countertops are beginning to
be installed in the 3rd and 4th floor west wing units
· Cabinets are being installed in east wing units
· Unit doors, trim, forbo flooring and tile installation is ongoing
· Unit painting is ongoing
· Finish site grading underway
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· Elevator installation is near completion
· Rain screen panels are continuing to being installed smoothly
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Finish installation of metal parapet cap at roof and walk matt
· Continue installation of all finishes and casework
· Continue priming and painting walls and ceilings
· Continue installation of FCP panels
· Complete elevator installation
· Complete 10 units on 4th Floor west wing

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Rain Screen: Installed colorful panels on North Elevation. Ordered 1st batch of FCP below 12’
2. Metal Panning at storefronts complete
3. Storefront: Installation of frames is underway
4. West End Unit Finishes:
a. 29 kitchens installed: 4, 3 & 2 except 201
b. Doors, base, case installation underway all 3 floors
c. Tile complete on 4 & 3, underway on 2 & 1
d. Finish lighting installed on 4, 3, 2 & part of 1
5. East End Unit Finishes: Drywall complete, paint, DHW, ERVs, mini-splits, finish lighting underway
6. Elevator: Installation underway
GOALS
1. Windows: A/D on site week of 01.08 to start repairs & handle installation. Documentation of
repairs & lab water testing underway
2. West End Finishes: complete ongoing work on 2, 3 & 4. Install flooring on 4
3. 1st Floor: West end completion of drywall & 1st coat of paint, start tile
4. East End: Complete prime/1st coat of paint
5. Cabinet Deliveries: 01.15, 02.05 & 02.12
6. Countertops: vanities 1st batch next week
7. Elevator: Complete installation & have mason infill openings at the doors
8. Rain Screen Deliveries: Remainder of material above 12’ 01.08. 1st batch of FCP below 12’ 01.22
9. Restart Exterior Work on Hold Due to the Cold
a. Exterior Caulking: Windows
b. Roof: Complete penetrations & parapet/coping metal.
c. Sitework: Complete planting strip along bike path, start area at South entry.
d. Generator: Pour pad & start electrical tie-in
10. Design Team priorities:
a. Final resolution of Pantry/DHW cover/Cab over fridge
b. 1 BR Kitchen end cabinet base detail
c. ADA unit kitchen details – transitions 34” to 36”
d. Canopy metal colors
e. finalizing all finishes

1. Generator: Pad poured & generator placed on pad
2. Site work restarted along South side of the building
3. Rain Screen: Installation above the 12’ band almost complete.
4. A/D on site last week. Repairs are complete.
5. Storefront: Installation at retail area almost complete.
6. Forbo is on site installing flooring.
7. Countertops: Vanity tops installed on 4W, 3W & 2W, Kitchens started on 4W & 3W
8. Plumbing fixture installations on 4W, 3W & 2W
9. Kitchen cabinet installations starting on 4E
10. Elevator: On car work complete (block infill, damper, disconnect, pit ) Installation nearing
completion
11. Met with Louis Hasbrouck to discuss requirements for the CO
GOALS
1. Windows: Issue window memo to A/D. Rework weeps & field test
2. Site work planning meeting 02.06
3. Cabinet Deliveries: 01.31 & 02.07 (complete)
4. Elevator: Complete installation
5. Finish all work requiring lifts
a. Exterior Caulking: Windows & brick/FCP joint
b. Roof: Complete parapet/coping metal & walk matt

6. Complete 10 units on 4W, ready for punch list
