I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· 2nd and 3rd floors are being primed
· Rain screen preparation is ongoing (rigid insulation, paper and furring)
· Rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, FP provisions ongoing
· Masonry work is ongoing
· Drywall installation is ongoing
· Windows are being installed at masonry openings
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· All roof equipment has been craned up to roof and set in permanent location
· Northern 3rd of brick is complete at Pleasant Street
· Fins have been installed on south elevations
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Start installation of metal parapet cap at roof
· Gyp-crete installation at west end
· Continue drywall installation
· Continue priming walls and ceilings
· Continue masonry work
· Start FCP panel installation at end of month
· Install storefronts

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Masonry: Pleasant Street South brick beating schedule expectations, looks fantastic
2. Rain Screen: Fabric and furring started at West End
3. Windows: Fire Rated units received and installed, AD on site addressing testing failures
4. Low Voltage: 3rd Floor sign off, 1st Floor inspection yesterday afternoon
5. Insulation: Blown in RW 2nd Floor West End complete, 3rd Floor underway
6. Drywall: 2nd Floor loaded and closing
7. Roof: Layout underway, cutting of openings weather pending
8. Interior: Stair 2 First Floor curved section rough framed
9. Retail: Ceiling insulation and drywall, enabling tie in of plumbing risers for testing
GOALS
1. Rain Screen: Locate, make and seal penetrations SE corner in rain screen above South
entrance canopy, in the “nook”
2. Storefronts: Button up open items for approval, release for field measure and fabrication
3. Roof: Friday, crane and set MEP dunnage, rails and miscellaneous
4. Building: Start fire stopping detail at north side of elevator shaft
5. Enabling Work: Complete installation of sign brackets over South Entry
6. Insulation: Complete blown in Rock-wool 3rd floor West end, start 1st floor
7. Bike Path: Mobilize and complete all AVB, blocking, rigid insulation, paper and furring
8. Rain Screen: Paper West elevation of West End, start South elevation of West End
9. Windows: Progress with corrective measures, schedule re-testing

1. Masonry: Pleasant Street Southern 3rd complete and washed, mobilized Center 3rd and working
2. Rain Screen: Great progress with fabric and furring South Elevation, system and pace
3. Windows: AD On site addressing root cause issues of window test failures
4. Low Voltage: 4th Floor Insulation & drywall done enabling corridor hooks, wiring underway
5. Insulation: Blown RW 3rd Floor West End complete, 1st Floor underway (will enable drywall
of exterior walls and subsequent framing of in unit ceilings unique to 1st floor units).
6. Drywall: 3rd Floor loaded and closing, 2nd Floor taping and on pace for priming mid-next week
7. Roof: Dunnage picked and set, all required roof blocking, curbs, flashing etc. underway
in anticipation of Equipment mid-next week
8. Building: Fire-stopping detail north side of elevator shaft underway
GOALS
1. Roof: Roof Ready and crane all roof-top MEP equipment on Wed. 9/20 or Thur. 9/21

4. Masonry: Pleasant Street Middle 3rd complete and washed, mobilized North 3rd and working
5. Rain Screen: Fins on site and install underway, fabric / furring going quickly and looks good
6. Low Voltage: 4th Floor rough complete and inspected, ready for blown in rock-wool
7. 1st Floor: Blown in RW complete, framing of in unit ceilings underway.
8. 2nd & 3rd Floors: Corridor ceilings framed and roughed, inspections imminent
9. 3rd Floor: Drywall loaded, closing and taping units
10. 2nd Floor: Started priming apartments
GOALS
1. Roof: Crane all roof-top MEP equipment on Thur. 9/21
2. Bike Path: Mobilize and complete all AVB, blocking, rigid insulation, paper and furring
3. Rain Screen: Locate, make and seal ANY REMAINING penetrations. Measure and order siding
for South Elevation
4. Roofing: Start metal parapet cap south, working from pinch point West
5. Enabling Work: Install sign brackets over South Entry and tie-downs for awnings
6. Insulation: Complete blown in Rock-wool 4th floor West end
7. 1st Floor: Complete water line rough in, inspect and insulate, frame ceilings
8. Rain Screen: Paper and furring North / West End, fins, field measure and order South
9. Windows: AD return to site to complete corrective measures, schedule re-testing

2. Storefronts: Revised submittal from Eastfield Glass
3. Rain Screen: First round of field measuring complete, material order placed, f&f north
4. Rain Screen: Vent shroud prototype being fabricated
5. Masonry: Pleasant Street Northern 3rd brick complete, being washed
6. Windows: R&R on site installing, break metal mock up done
7. Windows: Conference call with AD, test failures fix and testing scheduled for 10/10
8. 4th Floor: Rock-wool on schedule, kitchen and bath ceilings framed and roughed, drywall load Th
9. 4th Floor: Framing modifications for Line Set roof penetration openings
10. 1st Floor: Water rough ready for inspection, bathroom and kitchen ceilings being framed
11. 2nd & 3rd Floors: Corridors inspected and framed, being insulated
12. 3rd Floor: Priming underway
GOALS
1. Storefront: Review and return revised storefront submittal
2. Bike Path: Mobilize and complete all AVB, blocking, rigid insulation, paper and furring
3. Rain Screen: Continue to measure and order siding (North)
4. Roofing: Start metal parapet cap south, working from pinch point West
5. 4th Floor: Load drywall and start closing, on pace for gyp-crete 10/12
6. 4th Floor: Pre-rock at Line Set Roof Penetration opening, start running lines through roof
7. 4th Floor: MEP Rough, set pace for drywall / close walls load on 10/19, all clear 10/24
8. 1st Floor: Frame kitchen and bath ceilings, sprinkler heads, set fans, wire and connect
9. Showers: Plan and coordinate work sequence for proper execution / quality control
10. Sitework: Comcast, Verizon, North Canopy drain, generator pad
