I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Storefront openings framing is underway
· Rain screen preparation is underway (rigid, paper and furring)
· Rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, FP provisions ongoing
· Masonry work is ongoing
· Blown in Rock-wool insulation is underway at 2nd floor
· Drywall is being installed on the 1st floor
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· All windows on site have been installed
· Masonry is complete at 15/N
· Permanent power is live to switch
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Prepare roof openings
· Blown in Rock-wool insulation at 3rd and 4th floors
· Continue rain screen preparations
· Continue masonry work
· Install drywall at 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1. Windows: great progress with installation, delivery received and off loaded yesterday
2. Windows: Tested casements and fixed units (were failures that Lynne is working on with AD)
3. Masonry: Walls at 10/M full height and 9/J.5 ground floor complete and washed. Setting base at
future storefront to align framing, setting up at 15/N
4. Electric: Permanent power should be live to switch today
5. Coordination: Mason and Roofer coordinated transition at South Entrance Canopy.
6. Coordination: Questions on vent locations answered, line set penetrations means and methods
detailed.
GOALS
1. Enabling Work: Complete installation of canopy and sign brackets
2. Building: Start shaft wall and fire stopping detail at north side of elevator shaft
3. Plumbing: Get vents through the roof, cut openings for line sets
4. Masonry: Complete full height wall at 15/N, mobilize and start laying brick 1 Line Southernmost
1/3rd
5. Sprinkler: test Floors 2,3 and 4
6. Insulation: Kick of blown in Rock-wool 2nd floor West end (set pace of 1 week / floor)
7. Rain Screen: Complete all penetrations, sealing and rigid on West end North side
8. Masonry: Complete wing wall at 15/N, open up for parapet metal and cement siding from Bike
Path
9. Windows: Progress with resolution of water leakage issues on single hung windows
10. Design Team priorities
a. Brick Details – Confirm horiz & vertical location for awning brackets, public art & signage
lighting

1. Windows: All windows on site are installed, includes SE “nook” in masonry
2. Masonry: Full height at 15/N complete, awning brackets installed Pleasant South 1/3 underway
3. Rain Screen: Rigid insulation North side of West End, SE “nook” substantially complete
4. Insulation: Blown in RW 2nd Floor West End underway, 3rd Floor LV inspection imminent
5. Roof: Crane day, roof prep and steel work coordinated, confirmed for 9/8
6. Retail: Storefront openings framing underway, ceiling insulation (drywall and plumbing follow)
7. Power: Live to main switch, electric rooms each floor getting drywall and paint, equipment built
GOALS
1. Roof: Prepare roof openings, crane and set MEP dunnage, rails and miscellaneous
2. Enabling Work: Complete installation of sign blocking and brackets
3. Building: Start fire stopping detail at north side of elevator shaft
4. Storefronts: Button up open items for approval, release for field measure and fabrication
5. Insulation: Low Voltage inspection, blown in Rock-wool 3rd floor West end, 1st floor 9/6
6. Bike Path: Mobilize and complete all AVB, blocking, rigid insulation, paper and furring
7. Rain Screen: Final check and confirm of lighting and security locations, through wall provisions
8. Rain Screen: Paper and furring South Elevation, West End
9. Rain Screen: Locate, make and seal penetrations SE corner in rain screen above entrance canopy
10. Windows: Doug Nowlin on site 9/4 – 9/8 - Progress with resolution of water leakage issues
11. Design Team priorities
a. Rooftop Layout – PV, mechanical equipment, chases, railing system
b. Brick Details – Confirm horiz & vertical location for signage& lighting
