I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Framing ongoing
· Roof installation ongoing
· Rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, FP provisions ongoing
· Pre-rock ongoing
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· Roof system installation ongoing.
· Framing is almost complete.
· Closed cell insulation at parapets and sound insulation at top of hallways installed for pre-
rock.
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC.
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings.
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Complete framing
· Complete building wrap, roofing preparation
· Rough for MEP/FP to continue
· Brick work to begin
· Begin window installation
