2017_0803 Monthly Report - July CONTROLLED CONSTRUCTION SUMMARY: JULY 2017 PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: LIVE 155/155 Pleasant St ARCHITECT’S PROJECT #: 201420 DATE ISSUED: 8/3/2017 ESTIMATED % COMPLETION: 51% SCHEDULE CONFORMANCE: YES PRESENT ON SITE: Peter Makrauer - LDa, Peter Frothingham – PFRA I) WORK IN PROGRESS: · Framing on miscellaneous details ongoing · Window installation is underway · Rough electrical, plumbing, HVAC, FP provisions ongoing · Masonry work has started · The building is starting to be wrapped with rigid insulation II) OBSERVATIONS: · Roof system installation almost complete · Framing is almost complete · Permanent power has been installed on site · Many rough inspections have been completed · Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC. · Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings. · Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications. III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS · Complete framing · Rough for MEP/FP to continue · Continue masonry installation · Finish window installation IV) INFORMATION/ACTION REQUIRED: · None at this time.
