I) WORK IN PROGRESS:
· Fabrication & Installation of wall and floor panels – 4rd floor panel work is complete.
· Roof framing ongoing
· Rough electrical & plumbing provisions ongoing
II) OBSERVATIONS:
· Roof system installation ongoing.
· Site appears to be managed well, safety protocols are emphasized & enforced by GC.
· Site trailer continues to be the location for all regular job meetings.
· Work appears to be completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
III) ANTICIPATED WORK IN THE NEXT 4 WEEKS
· Complete roof framing & canopy framing
· Complete building wrap, roofing preparation.
· Rough for MEP/FP to continue.
· Complete elevator shaft
