The existing structure was originally a home that has been added on numerous times over the years. The existing first floor is approximately 3000 ft.2. All I;zm =-- rer.n.3 to produce additional exam and treatment spaces. Additionally, a relocated Reception area will allow an expanded Waiting Room that physically connects to the Dispensary area. In order to achieve that goal a 40 square -foot in addition is required that squares are the southwest comer of the waiting room. Originally, this recess was the entrance to the building leading to an exterior porch prior to the construction of the ramp. The porch was enclosed in the 2009 renovation and the steps removed. The existing waiting room was the three -season porch and as was typical it is approximately 3 inches below the level of the floor space inside the practice.
