The building was allowed by a special permit and site plan review from the planning board in 2005 which may have been amended in 2008 (or not; I'm not sure). Anything that happens on that property would require a review by the planning board, whether a new permit with site plan review or an amendment to the existing decision. It might be prudent to get the zoning piece in place as soon as possible. That said, I don't have time on Monday but Tuesday is pretty open.
