The building was allowed by a special permit and site plan review from the planning board in 2005 which may have been amended in 2008
(or not; I'm not sure). Anything that happens on that property would require a review by the planning board, whether a new permit with site
plan review or an amendment to the existing decision.
It might be prudent to get the zoning piece in place as soon as possible. That said, I don't have time on Monday but Tuesday is pretty
open.

I want to see the building permit application and the final set of plans before I meet with you. I hake some time to meet late afternoon
Thursday and time on Friday but I want a little time to review the plans first. I need to know how the work will affect the exiting lodging
units. There aren't any zoning issues with expanding the owner's unit but we'd need to look at any changes to the lodging units.
