RE: 54 WEST STREET, NORTHAMPTON. MA / ANNUAL INSPECTION

In conductng our recent annual inspection of the property listed above under your management, we
found the following items that need to be corrected:
(1) Basement Emergency Light out Not functioning
(2) First floor emergency light out not functioning
(3) Fire extinguishers were out of date 2014 tags and need servicing
(4) Main Fire panel at entrance indicating trouble
Please correct the following issues within 30 -days of the date on this letter and call our office to
