Don't worry about the part of page 2 that's X'd out. The fee is $7.00 per thousand increase; if it goes up $30,000, the fee is $210. We wish to update the scope of work to include repairing the wiring and plumbing. Replacing the insulation, flooring, and sheetrock, as well as replacing some windows and doors. I am attaching a sketch of Unit 10 that we received from the property management company. We would also like to update the cost of the project.
