Just fill out another front page of the building permit application (attached). Change the est cost numbers, change the description of
work. Also, we never did get the name of the owners. The management company or management agent could go there. Don't worry
about the part of page 2 that's X'd out.
The fee is $7.00 per thousand increase; if it goes up $30,000, the fee is $210.

Vlad asked me to be in touch with you regarding an addendum to the current building permit for 53 Clark Avenue take out by Toshi
Kashima for repairs after the fire.
We wish to update the scope of work to include repairing the wiring and plumbing. Replacing the insulation, flooring, and
sheetrock, as well as replacing some windows and doors. I am attaching a sketch of Unit 10 that we received from the property
management company.
We would also like to update the cost of the project. I believe the permit taken out by Toshi indicated a cost of $60,000. We wish to
update that to $90,000.
Please let me know what the next steps are.
