GENERAL NOTES:
1. SYSTEM INSTALLATION TO CONFORM TO NFPA 13D-2013 EDITION.
2. OWNER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE HEAT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BUILDING TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 40
DEGREES FAHRENHEIT FOR ALL AREAS PROTECTED WITH A WET PIPE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.

10. PER NFPA 13D SECTION 8.3.3 SPRINKLERS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED IN CLOTHES CLOSETS, LINEN CLOSETS, AND PANTRIES THAT
MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
(1) THE AREA OF THE SPACE DOES NOT EXCEED 24 FT. SQ.
(2) THE SHORTEST DIMENSION DOES NOT EXCEED 3 FT.
