Dear Ms. Bardwell,
On February 21, 2017, I had sent you a letter describing several deficiencies in the fire escape
on the northeast side of the building at the above address.
I was on-site this morning and I can verify that the deficiencies have been corrected.
It is my opinion that the stairway and landings are safe and structurally sound.
The building code requires that the paint on the wooden structure be maintained. I assume
that this will be taken care of during the warmer weather.
