Thanks, Isaac. All set from CBAC perspective. The Chair indicates you will need to have the rail extensions to meet building code so
you may want to confirm before you get your permit.

Hello!
Attached is our updated rendering of the proposed patio and ramp for 6 Strong Ave. Despite our notes to our designer, he left out the
second lower hand railing on the righthand side which we are certainly including in our construction (per ADA guidelines).
You will see the addition of three light posts as we had discussed in the hearing. We've also added the screening underneath the
ramp to help mitigate trash and rodents, and enhance overall look, as was also discussed at the hearing.
We've replaced the wood fencing which had the suburban feel and are using metal as outlined below to compliment the industrial feel
of the building.
The stone pavers for the patio and the material for the ramp itself (gray Azek decking) are still the samples we brought to the hearing,
but we have made the following alterations as requested:
Instead of exposed pressure treated lumber posts to support the handrails, we will use the same pressure treated lumber but it will be
incased in a black aluminum sleeve. The handrails will be black iron piping and will meet ADA compliance and will match the service
ramp on the opposite side of the building. The lattice work covering the gap between the ramp and the ground will be black. The posts
are secured to the ground with the Simpson Strong-Tie Base (these will not be visible.) The rest of the framework for the ramp is the
same as was discussed at the hearing. The rail returns will not extend past the property line.
Thank you so much! Please let me know any further information I can provide if this is not sufficient.
