Pursuant to the requirements of Article 9.8.2, AIA 201 General Conditions of the Contract, attached is the
list of non-complying and unfinished work for this Project
The work indicated shall be completed immediately. Retainage and Final Payment shall be released upon
satisfactory proof of completion, receipt of the Substantial Completion Inspection Report annotated as
required by the Contract Documents and notification that the Project is ready for Final Inspection by the
Architect.
General:
This punchlist is for the Phase 1B permit closeout of levels 1, 2 and 3. The basement is not complete and is not to be
occupied.
Basement:
1) Existing sump pit in new Emergency Room 022 to be disconnected and concrete floor filled in.
2) Temporary structure under kitchen trench drain to be redesigned in phase 2.
Level 1:
1) Meat Kitchen room 135 - Equipment to be installed and connected to utilities.
2) Hallway 125 and 130 – Stainless steel enclosures need to be installed from ceiling to top of
electrical panels and from floor to electrical panels.
3) Pipes in ceiling above door 130b need to be rerouted to above the ceiling. New act panel to be
installed.
4) Typical at all restrooms, install grab bars per documents.
5) Install FEC’s per documents.
6) Dining vestibule ceilings and return grilles to be installed.

7) Electrical floor boxes at servery to be revised and installed per detail 2/E8-01 to eliminate trip
hazard.
8) Exit sign near door 130A in hallway 130 to be installed per E4-01. Exit sign direction is incorrect.
9) Stair railings at landings to still be installed.
Level 2: No items.
Level 3: No items.
Low roof:
1) Life line fall protection to be installed at curb along gridline H.
2) Walk mats need to be installed.
High roof:
1) Walk mats need to be installed.
Exterior:
1) Curb cuts and accessible ramps at driveway crossings to be installed per documents. Contractor to
verify temporary condition.
2) Detection strip at handicap parking spots to be re-installed per details in contract documents.
3) Handrails at loading dock adjacent to the ramp to be installed per ASI-044.
4) Temporary stairs into courtyard to be provided for interim year.
