FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals granted the the Finding for the changes to the non-conforming lot in the Office Industiral zone based upon
the plans and information submitted in the application.
The Findings of the Board under Section 9.3 for the change in lot layout were as follows:
1. The Board found that the non-conforming parking lot setback from the street would be improved by relocating on the spots onto the
property and off the public way. Further, adding to the tree canopy along the frontage brings the landscape requirements closer to
compliance than the existing condition.
2. The change would not create any new violation of other zoning provisions; and does not involve a sign.
