Great project! This is a major site plan so we should do a tech review. The next review will be Aug 21.
For that review you'll need a site plan in addition to the survey you've attached. Items necessary for
submittal are all in 350-11.5. For tech review you're best to show existing number of parking spaces and
proposed new spaces, proposed landscaping, proposed stormwater system, bicycle parking. The filing
deadline after the 21st would be August 27 for a Sept 27 hearing.
For filing you'll need final elevations including all windows and doors to match the Floor plan, either a plan
for PV on the roof or to show that the roof can handle the loads for PV (11.5 and 6 for those), you'll need
existing vegetation and proposed showing any trees over 20" DBH and plan for replacement under 12.3,
traffic mitigation, stormwater, exterior lighting etc.
Let me know if you want the 8 AM slot for the Aug 21 Tech review.
