The Central Business Architecture Committee voted unanimously to approve the plan for the installation of 11 new windows on the upper
side elevation of the building. The new taller windows will match other taller windows on the façade. The Committee approved the
project based upon the following plans submitted with the application:

overturn the action of the Committee.
