Dear Mr. Giangregorio, I have spoken with Charles Dauchy regarding my concerns about the stability of the slope above the wetland replacement area at your Lot 9 on North Farms Road. He assured me that the short length and convex nature of the slope, in conjunction with the silt fence already in place and the mulching, seeding and other upslope erosion control measures to be implemented will adequately ensure protection of the replacement area. He stated that the condition of the site, the silt fence, and proposed measures are and will continue to be in conformance with the plans and Order of Conditions. In addition he informed me that he will be monitoring the site on a regular basis as the construction and planting of the replacement area proceeds and will ensure that adequate measures are in place to protect the replacement area. In light of these assurances and in the knowledge that you or subsequent owners of the parcel will be responsible for repairing any damage to the replacement area or other nearby wetland resource areas, this letter should serve to notify the Building Commissioner know you are in compliance with the Order of Conditions and may proceed with construction on the lot.. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at this office. Sincerely, o Bennett Senior Planner cc: Building Commissioner file ORIGINAL PRINTED ON RECYCLED PAPER
