We will be doing a complete interior renovation of the space (see attached Compliance
Drawing). Today's request is to make sure that the Building can be Zoned or is Zoned for 24 had(
Use. One of the concerns may be the parking, part of the site approval from the Franchise is to
make sure that we have sufficient parking based on our square footage. We comply. I currently
have locations in Belchertown and Westfield.
In the next, two weeks,my contractor will be securing bids and preparing the permitting
paperwork for the buildout,I have a target date of closing my loan for 6-7-17. At this time,I am
requesting your permission to be open 24 hours in order to sign the lease to move forward. it is
my understanding that there is another 24 hours Fitness Center in town,my location is of
