Dear Frank,
Borbaolc morour Ihave made the final inspection of the deck project and
the item which as unclear to me on safety has been resolved
in the plan to place a boarder base trim and gravel stop
on the loose deck tiles. Your plan to remove the exit sign
from the egress path seems to have good logic in that it
would keep the patrons on the roof area not encouraging
them bac% through a potential fire. It would become their
choice to wait in that area of refuge till help arrived.
The project meets the code to the best of my knowledge.
