The entire sloped site has been stripped and sediment is eroded during rain storms and flows to the small detention basin and the low spot of the proposed roadway near the underground infiltration basin. Water and sediment appears to flow through gravel mounds into the catch basin and to the underground infiltration system Figure 4.
