Hello Tony,
I received a complaint from a resident on Maple Street alleging that there are two trailers, one camper
and one RV in the rear yard at 25 Maple Street and that people are living in them. During my site visit I
could here the A/C unit running on the RV. There is also an extension cord lead from the house to the
RV. She claims that it is sometimes noisy out there and I suggested the she call Safety Dispatch when it
is. She suspects that they are being rented because it is always the same people that she sees going to
them. She also sees them going into the house at times and thinks it is to use the bathroom facilities in
the house. The owners of#25 are Candace and Phyllis Zalesky, 95 Pine Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
I would be willing to go on site visit with you there, if you wish. As of yet, I cannot put my finger on a
blatant health violations since they have access to toilet facilities and potable water. Also, the areas
around the trailers appeared to be clean and are not littered or do not have trash around them. I'll wait to
here from you.
