Hampshire Property Management,which is under contract with the landlord, Chris Dobbs, did a site evaluation on Oct. 5'" and sent a worker to rectify the stated problems. To date there has been no work started on the roof or the chimney where water has gotten in and left stains on the bedroom ceiling(this occurred after your inspection). The worker did do some window work but did not address all of the cited violations. I received a letter form Peter McErlain,Health Agent,which I enclose for your records. Although this letter is to Pat Taylor of Hampshire Property Management, it appears only to discuss the specifics of the State Sanitary makes no mention or corrections to the orig nal findings of yur reportdows".
