As caretaker of 9 Dimock Street, Northampton
you are hereby notified to remedy the conditions named below
within three (3) days of the service of this notice,
according to Massachusetts Genera] Laws, Chapter 111, Section
123:
Old swimming pool half filled with stagnant water, providing mosquito
harborage, and where neighborhood pets have fallen in and drowned.
Therefore, drain the pool and provide a cover which will prevent furhter
drownings and mosquito problems.
If at the expiration of time allowed these conditions have not
been remedied, such further action wi77 be taken as the law re-
quires and a fine of $20. 00 per day may be charged.
