The Northampton Board of Health has inspected the premises at
219 Florida Avenue , Northampton (assessor's map 32C
parcel 151 .) , for compliance with Chapter II of The State
Sanitary Code.
This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations
listed below, which are serious enough as to endanger or
materially impair the health, safety, and well-being of the
occupants.
Under authority of Chapter III, Section 127 of the Massachuetts
General Laws, and Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, you
hereby ordered to make a good faith effort to correct the
following violations within SEVEN DAYS of the receipt
of this order:
REGULATION VIOLATION
410.351 (1) Living room ceiling fan
improperly wired and not
adequately secured to the
ceiling. Nails tacked through
wire into ceiling. Fixture
base only loosely attached to
the ceiling.
(2) Kitchen ceiling fan/light
combination fixture is not
operational.
(3) Basement area - Improper
wiring noted; wires exposed; no
juncture box used.
(4) Hot water heater with
improper venting pipe. . .Pipe
into chimney tilted down.
REMEDY •
(1) Properly wire ceiling
fixture. Properly secure
fixture to the ceiling.
(2) Repair/replace fixture
so to have a fully operational
light in the kitchen.
(3) Rewire in an approved
manner.
(4) Vent must tilt at least
slightly upward.

The Northampton Board of Health has inspected the premises at
119 Florida Avenue, Northampton, MA (assessor's map 32C parcel 151 .),
for compliance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code.
This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations listed below,
which are serious enough as to endanger or materially impair the
health, safety, and well-being of the occupants
Under authority of Chapter III, Section 127 of the Massachusetts General
Laws, and Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, you are hereby ordered to
make a good faith effort to correct the following violations
within FOURTEEN DAYS of the receipt of this order.

leaks profusely...Cannot be shut
off at faucet.

with wiring exposed from ceiling
where light fixture was once
attached.
(1) Repair deteriorated hot water
faucet in an approved manner.
(2) Install an approved ceiling light
fixture, or otherwise, seal off
exposed wiring.

(1) Bathroom cover flooring and sub-
flooring badly deteriorated; rotted;
tiles missing, not waterproof.
(2) Ceiling sagging and peeling in one
panel.
Kitchen
(3) Kitchen ceiling panels missing.
(4) Pantry & pantry foyer ceilings with
peeling and cracking surfaces.
(5) Three of four kitchen walls with
either unfinished or deteriorated
surfaces.
(1) Repair bathroom subflooring in an
approved manner. Install an
approved floor covering which will
be waterproof.
(2) Repair deteriorated ceiling panel
in an approved manner.
(3) Replace missing ceiling panels.
(4) Repair pantry and pantry foyer
ceilings in an approved manner.
(5) Finish or re-finish walls in an
approved manner.
