FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board approved the request for the modifications of the ground sign based on the information submitted in the application.
The Board granted the permit after determining that the provisions in 7.2M had been met and with conditions the sign would not be lit
after close of business and would have less impact on the community than the existing slightly larger /taller sign panel.
