An original inspection was conducted by Aimee Petrosky at 491 Bridge Road Unit 511, a property owned/managed by you, on February 3, 2010. A re inspection was conducted by Aimee Petrosky on February 10, 2010. Although I could not enter the dwelling because the tenants were not home I conducted a "plain view" inspection. A plain view inspection is whatever I can see from the threshold of the door way. Pictures were taken by me from the threshold and by Daniel Kelly from within the unit. Both from what I could see from the doorway as well as the photographs confirmed that the unit is still in violation. As the property owner/management company you are ultimately responsible for the condition of the unit. If the unit is not in compliance with the State Sanitary code mentioned in the attached order by February 24, 2010 the issue will be brought to housing court. As the owner/manager you will be listed as a defendant on that case for not bringing the unit into compliance. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
