Fire alarm system was activated due to steam in hallway during the investigation.Water damage was limited to Units 311,211 and the business located at 98 Pleasant St.Further investigation of possible water damage in adjacent units showed extremely hazardous conditions in Unit 312.Conditions induded but were not limited to burners operating on stove top without supervision,heavy Butter and poor sanitary conditions. Building Inspector on scene and health department was contacted for further direction.Conditions were noted and pictures were forwarded to Health Department.Building was turned over to Building Inspector for further assessment as needed.Fire alarm system reset without incident.See files for pictures and further information.
