14 Complaint Info June 4, 2006 Scott, I do not agree to the increase in rent of $75.00 per month and I will not pay any rent until all the things I have asked to be fixed since I have lived here are fixed completely. The list consists of: Logans bedroom door (Which is in the cellar since it came off and is ruined from all the Nisqj flooding going on). F ft The smoke alarms need to be fixed and reattached and there are no CO monitors. The kitchen floor needs to be stripped and sealed properly as it was never done from the time I moved in. —The kitchen garbage disposal is broken and needs to be replaced or fixed as it causes the sink to back up and to flood if not watched closely. The kitchen electrical outlets have shorts in them. The front porch needs to be fixed of faulty boards which a piece of plywood was placed over as a quick remedy. I have no screen doors on my apartment and I have lived here the longest of all the tenants in these two buildings yet they all have them installed. The slate near my front and rear doors was never fixed and there are open holes around the frameworks of the doors which lets in cold air in the winter and hot in the summer. The outdoor electrical outlets don't work. I j P12) —7 fan in the bathroom was never installed properly and is coming out of the vent to the 'NJ `4$4.16,' outside porch and inside it shakes and sounds like its an airplane. The cellar stairs have no railing on them. The cellar wall dividing the two apartments was never taped or finished in the basement and now has a layer of mold and mildew on it a foot high in places due to the flooding. Ct The cracked ceiling in the kitchen by the cellar door +'YC�iqUQ e f�G S/o��', The walls and floors of my cellar were never fixed or waterproofed like the other apartments and there have been numerous floods since the big flood on your honeymoon week that ruined almost everything I had in my basement and stuff in the neighbors,and you never cleaned up or compensated me for any of my belongings (walls washed,floors scraped of mud and washed, and all holes fixed,then waterproofed) from that first one now there is four inches of mud on the floor and the water floods the basement every time it rains because of the holes in the foundation that were never fixed.. As a result of this now I have mold and mushrooms, bugs of all kinds down there and I have children with a lot of allergies that this aggravates. I would appreciate these to be taken care of and addressed in a timely fashion and an advanced notice of them being fixed so I can make arrangements to stay some where else while these are being fixed because of the chemicals and paint smells cannot be tolerated by either myself or my children..
