Purpose
This Report is in conformance with Massachusetts Building Code 780
CMR 8th Edition and the International Existing Building Code 2009
regarding alterations to an existing building located at 190 Nonotuck
Street, Florence, Massachusetts.
Visual Observation Only
The extent of this review is limited to visual inspection of existing facilities
and/or as-built documentation only, No destructive testing was performed
as part of this analysis.
Project Description
The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 4,296
square feet of existing interior space. The majority of existing spaces shall
remain with finishes upgrades. Approximately 25% of the floor space shall
be reconfigured with a new layout.
Grade level access is provided via the main entrance doors and vestibule.
Two additional means of egress serve the suite, one leading directly to the
exterior and one leading to an existing common egress access corridor
shared with other tenant spaces.

Purpose
This Report is in conformance with Massachusetts Building Code 780
CMR 8th Edition and the International Existing Building Code 2009
regarding alterations to an existing building located at 190 Nonotuck
Street, Florence, Massachusetts.
Visual Observation Only
The extent of this review is limited to visual inspection of existing facilities
and/or as-built documentation only. No destructive testing was performed
as part of this analysis.
Project Description
The project consists of an interior renovation of approximately 4,296
square feet of existing interior space. The majority of existing spaces shall
remain with finishes upgrades. Approximately 25% of the floor space shall
be reconfigured with a new layout.
Grade level access is provided via the main entrance doors and vestibule.
Two additional means of egress serve the suite, one leading directly to the
exterior and one leading to an existing common egress access corridor
shared with other tenant spaces.
All new work within the suite shall be accessible in compliance with AAB.
