All system components shall be installed in accordance with TITLE V of the state sanitary code and any applicable local rules and regulations. 10. Any change to this plan must be approved by the Board of Health and the Engineer. 11. The sewage disposal system shall not be backfilled prior to inspection and approval by the Board of Health and/or the Design Engineer. 12. Any conditions encountered during construction differing from those shown on the plans shall be reported to the design engineer before construction continues. 13. No permanent structure shall be constructed over the 100% expansion area. 14.
