Dear Mr. Parsons and Mr. Allard;

regarding a complaint that I received about illegal dumping along ct. river riverbank. On
parcels 25-006-001 and 25-006-001, which can be seen on the copy of the Assessors' maps
attached to this letter. Also attached is a copy of the photos.
I would like to speak to you about the complaint and to determine if the violations that I
observed at these properties that you each own. It is difficult to determine on site which
parcel the dumping is taking place on, whether it is one or both.
Please contact me so that I can arrange a date for all of us to meet on site.

Dear Mr. Parsons;
1 recently spoke to Mr. Wayne Goulette from Allard's Farm regarding the parcels of land
along the riverbank that has the burned wood pallets and nails on it. He seems to believe it
is not on his property and is on yours. He has based this on a site visit that he made out
there on the property.
Could you please make a site visit to this lot to determine if you are, in fact, the owner and
please call me at 413-587-1213 or on my cell phone at 413-563-6680,as soon as possible,
with your determination.
