We investigate all areas first floor,second floor and basement.Basement had appmx 1/2 inch water.Electric panel had no circuit breakers tripped.Water main to Louse

and MGL Chapter 111, Sections 122-127 Abatement of Nuisances. This letter will certify that

Muck Street in Florence,I have unfortunately determined that I cannot meet zoning requirements
the second egress.Based on this,I can no longer keep the apartment,and am turning the house
