(3) Ceiling light/fan unit wobbles badly when turned on....Not properly secured. Hallway( ack door) (4) Outlet lacking coverplate (5) Light switch lacking coverplate. Bathroom (6) Left wall switch with exposed wiring.....Exposed ceiling wires where exhaust fanllight should be attached. (7) Outlet not GFI as required. Outletlswitch lack coverplate. Livinn Room (8) Ceiling lightlfan unit wobbles badly when turned on...Not properly secured. (9) One outlet is busted. Other outlets lack cover•lates. REMEDY Replace defective circuit breaker in a manner which will render the furnace full operational. G (1) through (11) Repair defective outlets, switches, and fixtures Install coverplates where required. Provide bathroom outlets with GFI circuitry. Bring all wiring violations noted up to electrical code compliance. The following windows are in violation of code requirements: (1) All three prime kitchen windows are deteriorated, ill-fitted, not easily operable, not weathertight, and lack required locking mechanisms. (2) Both prime living room windows are deteriorated, ill-fitted, not easily operable, not weathertight, and lack locking mechanisms.
