FINDINGS: The Planning Board granted the site plan for the creation of more than six parking spaces (21 total) in the URC district based upon the following information submitted with the application materials: 1. April 5, 2016. 4. Lighting Plan (LT-2) Michael’s House Apartments. In granting the Site plan with conditions, the Board determined that the Site Plan criteria in section 11.6 had been met: A. The requested use protects adjoining premises against seriously detrimental uses. The uses will remain the same with no increase in the number of housing units. The applicant has addressed surface water drainage, sound and sight buffers and preservation of views, light, and air through vegetation, design of a train garden and a bituminous berm that will prevent on street flow from coming on site.
