To whom it may concern;
We recently purchased the property at 364 Spring Street in Florence. There is
currently an W x 10`shed on the property that was built in May of 2006. This was
done under Building Permit BP-2006-1291 (copy attached) issued to then owners
Susan and Emory Ford. We would like to replace this structure with one that is 10' x
20'. It will be placed in the exact same location,on a 12' x 22'pad of 3/4 inch
crushed stone prepared by the manufacturer. A generalized construction drawing
also from the manufacturer is attached.
As you can see from the attached maps and drawings,the current shed is located
approximately 130 feet from the concrete post marking the nearest edge of the
wetland (a vernal pool) and did not require a permit from the Conservation
Commission. It will be positioned approximately 60" from the nearest property line.
