Dear Mr. Korzeniowski,
The buildings on the Smith Campus are being inspected as required by section 110.7 of the
Massachusetts Building Code.
• There are 92 buildings on campus that require inspections
• There are 49 student residences that require inspections
• There are 33 places of assembly that require inspections
• There are 15 other buildings that we will inspect
The fee for these inspections is $16.300 for calendar year 2016. Please remit that amount to:
