The following was noted at this time: Violations which have been corrected: (410.280) Bathroom exhaust fan installed. However, the"pull chain"to the light is missing, effectively rendering the light and fan inoperable. (410.480, Back Bedroom- (4) Hole in floor repaired. 410.500 & Kitchen - (2) Hole in floor repaired. 410.501) Kitchen - (4) Pantry door repaired. Hallway- Deteriorated plaster repaired. Violations which have not been corrected: (410.351) Back bedroom baseboard heater cover panel missing. Heater pipe on opposite side of room with section of pipe exposed along the floor. (410.480, Back Bedroom - (1) Center prime window not weathertight, ill-fitted, & 410.500& locking mechanism busted. 410.501) Back Bedroom - (2) Left prime window not weathertight, ill-fitted, & locking mechanism busted. Back Bedroom- (3) Large hole in ceiling tile. Kitchen- (1) Both prime windows not weathertight, screwed shut, sash cords busted. (410.480, 410.500 & 410.501) (continued) Kitchen - Middle Bedroom- Front Bedroom - (3) Pantry window deteriorated and illegally screwed shut. Prime window not weathertight, ill-fitted, & sash cord busted. (1) Prime window not weathertight, ill-fitted, &will not properly lock. Front Bedroom - (2) Ceiling tiles show staining in need of repainting. Living Room annex-Right prime window not weathertight, ill-fitted, and will not properly lock; Sash cord busted. Living Room- (2) All three front prime windows not weathertight and locking mechanisms are faulty or busted. It has been reported to the Board of Health that replacement windows for the defective units noted above have been ordered.
