Our original intention was to just do a few improvements and keep it as a rental property, but the more we start looking at things...it seems like a full blown renovation and remodel. In the existing first floor bath we intend to delete the tub and in it's place move the w/d laundry upstairs. Then I would like to add a bath upstairs if possible, otherwise take some closet space and room from the den/study. I will let you know and send a proposed plan once we open the can of worms!
