The Northampton Board of Health has inspected the premises at
21A Brewster Court, Northampton, MA (assessor's map 32C parcel 031-001 .),
for compliance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code.
This letter will certify that the inspections revealed violations listed below,
which are serious enough as to endanger or materially impair the
health, safety and well-being of the occupants
Under authority of Chapter III, Section 127 of the Massachusetts General
Laws, and Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code,you are hereby ordered to
make a good faith effort to correct the following violations
within FOURTEEN DAYS of the receipt of this order.

(1) Kitchen sub-ceiling (consisting of
slats and plaster) above the
suspending ceiling deteriorated
badly, falling down....constitutes a
safety hazard in present condition.
(2) Front exterior entry door
weatherstripping badly
deteriorated and in need of
replacement; door not
weathertight between door and
door frame.

(3) Back exterior entry door not
weathertight between door and
door frame; sill missing.
(4) Kitchen and bathroom ceilings
show staining from chronic
moisture seepage problem from
above.
Kitchen flooring tiles missing near the
entrance to the bathroom.
REMEDY
(1) Remove all loose plaster and slats
so as to eliminate the safety
hazard.
(2) Repair/weatherproof front entry
door in an approved manner.
(3) Repair 1 weatherproof back door in
an approved manner.
(4) Locate and repair any source of
moisture seepage.
Install flooring tiles where missing in
an approved manner.
Inspection of the premises was made on October 21, 1997 at approximately
10:30 am.

complaint that I received about the conditions of the exterior of your property located at 21
Brewster Court- ADartme B which is owned,managed, or operated by you. I
conducted an inspection of the apartment on February 2, 200 and would like to discuss
the violations I observed with you.
Therefore, after conducting the inspection I decided to send you this letter instead of
