Do you have in your files an application for septic for a detached accessory apartment on this site?
Technically by zoning BOH is supposed to review and comment on projects in this district for affect on drinking
water supply. I didn't forward the plans to you by my oversight. Could I send it down for your review(or BOH's
review)for the Planning Board's next agenda? The Planning Board will next meet Aug 10.

Dear Carolyn,
I have reviewed the proposed plans for this project. The plan meets all of the requirements for Title 5 of the D.E.P.
which requires septic systems to be designed in a manner that protects groundwater. It is my opinion that this
septic system plan does not pose any threat to groundwater pollution or contamination. Please feel free to contact
me if 1 can provide any further information or input in the review of this project.
