Sirs / Madam:
We are currently in receipt of complaints from the neighbors in the area of this car wash
operated by you, that the hours of operation are beyond the permitted range.
The hours of operation may not exceed 10 PM at night at such time the doors should be
closed to customer traffic and lights dimmed or shut off as to your permit. All lighting may not
over shine the boundaries of the property.
Please correct this problem at once so further action on the part of our department will not be
needed.
