Re sign permit
Attached is an image of a sign we wish to install on our property and an application for a sign permit.
As the application shows,we'd like to place the sign!10 ft.from the front setback,which I believe does
not meet the set back requirements.
As the plot plan and photograph shows,our building sits exactly on our front lot line. That combined
with the topography of our lot means that if we set the sign further away from the road,it will simply
not be visible.
We'd like to pursue and exemption or variance from the current set back requirements.
Please advise.
