I represent Elaine Yeskie who has been acting as property
manager for the above-referenced property. As you know, Donna
Englaish is currently occupying the premises. Ms . Yeskie has come
to .ac regardinc the inspection performed by you at Ms 3nglaish's
rcaidence.
This lettar is to inform you that at the time Ms . Englaish
move-! into the house, the place was inspected by c4ect_on 8 and the
unit passed the inspection. It appears that Ms. Englaish has been
causing damage to the unit in an attempt to get some money out of
the property owners . She is, however, moving out of the house in
the middle of August at which time the repairs will be made.
If you would like to discuss this matter further, please do
not hesitate to contact me.
Very truly yours,
In
cc; Ms. Elaine Yeskie
