So you will find a phone message about this issue. Whichever one you get first, you can ignore the other. I would like to find out of the Title V Certificate is up-to-date or whether the septic system must be inspected again, in order for the property to be sold. As far as I know the system was completely replaced under 3 years ago. The property has been taken back by an unscrupulous lender, and I am attempting to buy the property back from the lender, so the family that was foreclosed on can stay in the property. They've already been served a notice to quit, though they have not been officially evicted yet. The lender is saying they will not pay any costs, no matter what they are, and I don't want their stubbornness over this to hold things up any longer. The former homeowners are on pins and needles as it is! So if I can rule out that the lender has to pay for an inspection, that would help a lot. If they DO have to pay, when would the next one be due, say if I were to help the former owners buy the property back from me, in say a year. Because the new certificate would still be in effect, right? But if the bank doesn't have to pay, because the current certificate is still good, when would it expire? Would it be up in a year's time, so I would have to pay for an inspection to sell the property back to the former owners then? Please clarify all of this for me. Can you please also send me a copy of the current certificate, because I will need that for the Registry, for the closing. Wont I? Any help with this issue will be appreciated. Thank you very much.
